With the Green Building, the designer acknowledges that people can play an integral role, beneficial in improving and sustaining health and vitality of their local ecology. To reduce environmental impacts, life cycle approach takes into account all stages of life cycle, from design through reuse, recycling or disposal.
This is a pilot project that aims to show that it is possible to reconcile the costs of construction and performance requirements inherent in economic activity in the construction with environmental protection.

This problem is more prevalent in the group of older people, but also for young people and people living alone and / or work in extended working hours (as the self-employed professionals, small businessmen, students, etc.).
In homes with integrated services, the goal is to preserve the independence, privacy and security of people. In short, these homes are defined in a set of exclusive and independent custom spaces designed to enjoy an absolute peace and great freedom. It also allows passengers access to public aid configured to do so by living in their own home.
